Country break

Lavorare dentro a un ufficio per tutto il giorno nuoce al mio umore; me ne accorgo sempre quando ho l'opportunita' di andare in giro per lavoro, come ho dovuto fare in questi giorni; stiamo progettando un impianto di scarico ed un bioreattore a membrane per un campeggio ed avevo bisogno di rilevare e fotografare una pioppeta per lavori futuri. Questo significa che ho dovuto percorrere strade di campagna ed attraversare terreni non asfaltati, respirando aria vera e vedendo una luce che non proviene da un tubo catodico. Iniziavo a prendere l'abbronzatura da monitor, che sarebbe "una sfumatura piu' chiara del pallido" per tutti quelli che non riescono ad inquadrare bene la cosa. (e per gli amanti dei Procol Harum...)

L'autunno e' una gioia, i colori sono belli e l'aria e' tiepida, le brezze piacevoli e la luce perfetta per fotografare.
Ovviamente il mio lavoro viene prima del resto, ma quando hai la macchina fotografica in mano e' fin troppo facile scattare una foto che non sia esclusivamente per documentazione. Le foto nel post cercano di spiegare il concetto. Mi piacerebbe poter lavorare all'aria aperta, andare in giro e scattare fotografie, e guadagnare una cifra ragionevole per poterci vivere.
Nessuno di voi conosce la risposta?

Working into an office all day long is bad for my spirit; I always realize it when I have the opportunity to ride for work, as I had to do these days; we are designing a sewage system and a membrane bio-reactor for a camping, and I needed to measure and photograph a poplar plantation for future works. This means that I had to ride country roads and cross unpaved lands, breathing real air and seeing light which doesn't come from a cathodic ray tube. I started to have a CRT-tan, which is "a whiter shade of pale" for all of you who cannot argue the matter. (and for all the Procol Harum lovers...)

Autumn is a joy, colors are beautiful and the weather is mildly warm, the breezes are pleasant and the light is perfect for shooting. Of course, mu job is predominant, but when you have your camera ready, it's way too easy to shoot a picture which isn't for documental purposes only. The pictures in the post try to explain the concept. I'd like to be able to work in the open air, ride and shoot, and earn a reasonable amount of money just to be able to live on it.
