offroad test
Un test fuoristrada per il mio Insetto. L'ho portata su fondo roccioso e sabbioso per la poderale di Campo alle Fave fino a Baratti. Eravamo in due e l'Insetto si e' comportato molto bene. La precarica della molla dell'ammortizzatore era a 2, era una giornata caldissima e il giro e' stato piacevole, ci ha messo appetito e siamo tornati a casa; sulla strada normale!Voglio semplicemente essere pronto a tutto, nel caso dovessi perdermi un posto fantastico solo per il timore di non voler imboccare una strada sconnessa.

An off-road test for my Bug. I drove it off-road over rocky and sandy ground through the Campo alle Fave path up to Baratti. We were two and the Bug behaved very well. The spring pre-charge was set to 2, it was a hot day and a pleasant trip to get hungry and go back home; by the usual road! I justa wanna be prepared to everything, in case I should miss a great place being afraid to ride a rough road.
Your LXV looks really good, especially with the front rack. I want to get one for my GTS. Do you have the Piaggio rack or an aftermarket brand?
RispondiEliminaThe Vespa does ok off road. I wouldn't want to ride 600 miles through Chile on one but for the occassional rough stretches of road it will do fine.
I see you have an old Leica in your profile picture. Are you shooting film for your blog?

the mechanics, though, mounted it badly and i'm going to fix it...
oh, and it's not a Leica, but a superb Zorki 4, a soviet camera, i'm shooting with my digital nikon 5700 but just because i started the blog recently. i plan to use both film and digital.
